All sales made through our store or ticketing system are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices may change without notice, but once your purchase is confirmed, the price is locked in.
Umpqua Collectibles reserves the right to deny service or event participation to individuals acting in violation of our community standards or event rules.
Event registrations (including vendor booths and player tickets) are subject to our refund policy below.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items at events.

Refund & Returns Policy
For Physical Products (if applicable):
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
For Event Registrations (Players & Vendors):
Refunds may be requested up to 14 days before the event date, minus processing fees.
No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Vendor booth fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted in the application terms.
To request a return or refund, contact us at lane@umpquacollectibles.com with your order or registration details, and please include “Refund Request” in the email title.
