Umpqua Collectibles Expo is Southern Oregon’s first large-scale collectibles convention — and we’re inviting vendors from across the region to be part of something special.
This one-day event is designed to bring collectors, players, hobbyists, and families together under one roof for an unforgettable day of community and commerce.
As a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Showcase your products to a mix of players, collectors, and casual fans

Vendor Pricing & Inclusions
Vendor booth space at Umpqua Collectibles Expo is affordable and flexible, whether you're a seasoned seller or just getting started.
First table: $50
Each additional table: $25
Chairs: 2 included per table
Power access: Free (limited availability — bring your own extension cords)
Each vendor space includes an 8-foot table with space behind the table for displays or storage. Chairs and admission for two staff members are provided. You’re welcome to bring vertical signage, displays, or racks that fit within your assigned space.
Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis. If you’d like a premium location or corner spot, be sure to apply early!
Vendor Schedule & Load-In Details
Vendor setup for Umpqua Collectibles Expo begins the morning of the event. You’ll have plenty of time to get your booth arranged and ready before the doors open.
Key Times:
Vendor Setup Begins: 8:00 AM
VIP Entry: 9:00 AM
General Admission: 10:00 AM
Expo Closes to Public: 10:00 PM
Vendor Breakdown Window: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
You are welcome to begin packing up anytime after 8:00 PM, but we encourage vendors to stay set up through the evening to catch late attendees and tournament traffic.
Load-in and parking instructions will be emailed to all vendors 2–3 weeks prior to the event, including setup maps, door assignments, and on-site contact numbers.

Free general admission for up to two staff members per table

Apply to Vend
Vendor applications for Umpqua Collectibles Expo will officially open on January 1, 2026.
Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and demand is expected to be high. Tables include full-day exposure to collectors, players, families, and fans of all things collectible.
