The Umpqua Collectibles Expo is the biggest event of its kind in Douglas County. A full-day celebration of trading cards, sports memorabilia, comics, games, and the passionate community that surrounds them.

Whether you're a casual collector, a competitive player, a longtime vendor, or just walking in curious, there's something here for you.

Come to buy, sell, trade, play, and connect with the Umpqua Valley's growing collectibles community. This is year one of something special.

We're building something big and we want you to be part of it.

The Umpqua Collectibles Expo vendor hall will be one of the largest of its kind in Southern Oregon, with space for 100+ tables inside Douglas Hall at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.

We're accepting applications for vendors offering:

  • Trading Cards

  • Sports Memorabilia

  • Comics

  • Retro Games & Consoles

  • Custom Art & Collectibles

  • Clothing & Apparel

  • And more. If you're a collector or creator, apply and let's talk.

Vendor Pricing:

  • 1 Table — $50 (Early Bird: $40)

  • 2 Tables — $90 (Early Bird: $80)

  • 3 Tables — $130 (Early Bird: $120)

Tables are 2½' x 8' and provided by the venue. Early bird pricing ends August 19, 2026. Apply now to lock in your spot before we open to the public.

Tournaments

The Expo isn't just a shopping event. It's a place to play.

We'll have organized tournament play and open casual tables running throughout the day for:

  • Magic: The Gathering

  • Pokémon

  • Lorcana

  • And more

Tournament organizers interested in running a premier event at the Expo are encouraged to apply. We provide the space and you bring the competition.
